So I'm holding off on actually rating until I finish the audio book...but so far, I am deeply unimpressed. This book would be about half it's actual length if you cut the lists to manageable size and removed the outlandish claims (such as it being able to cure allergies). It usual riddled with false claims about auras (debunked) and other New age claptrap. On the level of courage, we are willing to take self-improvement courses, learn consciousness techniques, and risk the journey within to seek our own true Self, the inner reality. There is a willingness to experience uncertainty, periods of confusion, and temporary upset because, underneath the temporary discomfort, we have a long-term transcendent goal. The mind that is operating on the level of courage makes such statements as: “I can handle it”; “We’ll make it”; “The job will get done”; “We can see this through”; “All things shall pass.” The greater our attachment to that which is outside of ourselves, the greater is our overall level of fear and vulnerability to loss.”

If you truly want to be respected by people you love, you must prove to them that you can survive without them.”David Hawkins prominently features the titles “MD” and “Ph.D.” ( authority principle of influence, anyone?) next to his name.

And after you have gone through this book, done all the exercises, and experienced the results, it will be your second nature.
